First thing: voltage and electric potential are the same thing - the electric potential ENERGY per unit of charge.
Electric potential energy is not the same thing as electric potential/voltage. It is all the potential energy stored in a charge, but electric potential/voltage is the energy PER UNIT OF CHARGE.
